17 December 2025: Training and Coordination Meeting of the Erasmus+ Consortium of the Directorate of Secondary
Education of Piraeus
The online training and coordination meeting between the pedagogical teams of the 39 schools participating in the Erasmus+ Consortium of the Directorate of Secondary Education of Piraeus and the program management team of the Directorate’s European and International Programs Office was held on Wednesday, 17 December 2025.
During the three-hour meeting, Ms Maria Karyotaki and Ms Katerina Christodoulou presented the overall design and implementation planning of the program for the current school year. They also focused on the methodology for the proper implementation of mobility activities, in accordance with the Quality Standards set out in the Erasmus Guide. Particular emphasis was placed on team spirit and a collaborative approach, identified by the speakers as essential elements for the successful implementation and long-term sustainability of the program within the educational community of the Directorate of Secondary Education of Piraeus.
The meeting concluded with a productive discussion, during which questions raised by members of the pedagogical teams were addressed and practical recommendations were provided by the speakers.
Finally, the timetable for the immediate actions to be undertaken by the participating school units was agreed upon.
